This is a bit different than the other 30 Day Plank Challenges. I varies each day, instead of just adding 10 seconds each day.

I did this challenge and i started seeing results in my tummy fat each week. I did have a little difficulty doing the spider man plank so i just substituted it with each plank (Everyday Fitness Routine)
