Grilled Salmon with Quinoa and Spinach Ingredients: - 150g salmon fillet - 1/2 cup quinoa - 1 cup fresh spinach - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 lemon - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: 1.
