High protein pizza recipe
RECIPE: 70 g flour 4 g baking powder + a pinch of salt 12 g coconut flour 5g nutritional yeastGarlic powder + basil 150g Greek yogurt 75g egg whites Mix this together for the dough, it will be wet and spreadable ( A DREAM!). Spread to roughly 13 in on parchment paper. And bake at 450 for 10 min. We used tomato paste and fresh herbs for the sauce and then obviously follow your heart on the rest. (Sausage is a fav in our house so it’s more filling!!)
Easy, healthy family dinner idea - sweet potato nachos
SWEET POTATO NACHOS: Slice sweet potatoes thin Drizzle in olive oil + taco seasoning spices (cumin, paprika, garlic, onion, dash of cayenne) Bake @400 til crispy. Make ground beef (or chicken!) and season with same seasonings. Choose toppings: I did corn, olives, onion, tomato, black beans, + cheddar cheese Once sweet potatos are cooked, add meat and toppings. Add back into the oven just long enough to melt cheese. Pull nachos from the oven and top with salsa
