Best deer recipe PERIOD! Use the tenderloin of the deer, divide into 14 pieces. Cube an 8oz pk of cream cheese into 14 pieces. Add a slice of pickled jalapeño to each one and Wrap in bacon. 3-4 on a skewer. Cook on a heated baking sheet 375 for 12 min then flip, 12 more min. Then Broil for 5 min, rotating skewers to crisp bacon. Unbelievably awesome.
