3 different sized pots, spray paint, and painters tape. To do these I spray painted the pot all white. For the stripes I took painters tape and made the lines. For the polka dots, I cut painters tape into circles. For the welcome on the big pot I bought sticker letters from Micheals and put them on the pot. Then I took the second color and painted all the pots again, let it dry and peeled off all the tape and stickers. Since they are outside I took a clear protectant and sprayed all the pots!
