Crockpot Cheesy Herb Garlic Bread | Crockpot Cheesy Herb Garlic Bread | By Robyn Q | Alright, I have my frozen dinner rolls that I just got from my local grocery store. I actually have fourteen of them and I'm just going to lay them in my crock pot. My lid on and I'm going to turn it to warm and we're going to let this raise for one and a half hours until it's double in size. Alright, our dough has had a chance to rise and the first thing I'm going to add to that is some garlic olive oil and I'm drizzling about one fourth of a cup right on top of this. You can see there's some herbs in there also and then I'm going to come in with my clean hands and I'm going to push down a little bit. I'm going to do that so that the rest of our ingredients get into our garlic bread and we have lots of flavor going on. So, just like that. Super easy. So, I'm just going to sprinkle with a little bit of garlic powder right on top so we get that egg garlic flavor and then I'm going to do a garlic herbed bread so I want to add some rosemary on top of this this part you can skip if you don't want fresh herbs on it you definitely don't have to do that I've got some fresh thyme so I'm going to come back in with that and my last herb that I'm going to use is some oregano so I'm going to sprinkle that right on top so this is going to have a lot of flavor I'm just going to add a little bit of pepper to this just a bit just like that and then I'm going to come in with some flaky salt. I love using this and just sprinkle that right on top. Alright, I'm going to add my lid on and I'm going to turn this to high and this is going to cook for one and a half hours and then wait til you see what this looks like. While our Crock Pot garlic bread is cooking in the crock pot, I think we should make a olive oil dipping sauce. So, I've just got some regular olive oil. I'm just going to add some Italian seasoning. You can add as as add as much or as little as you like. I'm going to press in one clove of garlic. I've just got some fresh parsley. I'm going to add that in also. I'm going to add some cracked red pepper. Just a little bit for just a little bit of heat. We've got that flaky salt that we put on our garlic bread and I'm just going to add a little bit of that in. Stir that around and add some more oil as needed. Some balsam Mine is an aged balsamic and I'm just going to drizzle some of that in and that is it. Alright, our crock pot garlic bread is done and I let it rest for about 15 minutes. Turned it off and just let it hang out. Actually, more closer to 30 minutes actually. It is still hot. We're going to take it out. Look at that. Look how crispy it is all the way around. Oh yeah. I want to grate some Parmesan on it. I think that'll be delicious. So I've got a very large piece of Parmesan. But I'm just going to grate some right on top. I think that's just a nice way to finish this off. You definitely don't have to do it. But you know my family loves cheese so they will be happy that I did that for sure. Here we go. Oh you can hear that. Oh yes. Shake it all the way through. Oh yeah. Yeah. Ooh it's hot hot hot. Look at that. Look how cooked through it is. How crispy it is. All those little pieces of our herbs and everything in it. Okay I'm going to bring this over to my plate. And we are going to dip it in a little bit of our homemade herbs oil that we made homemade garlic bread in the crock pot. Absolutely delicious. This was so fun to make in the Crock Pot. I hope you make it. Yum.
