GREEN PINEAPPLE PLUSH JUICE Ingredients - 2 cups fresh pineapple - 1 lime, with peel - 1 handful of parsley or cilantro - 1/2 cup sparkling water Directions Juice the pineapple, lime and parsley/cilantro together. Add the sparkling water and serve. Tip: It's totally fine to juice the rind of a pineapple. If blending, use only 1 cup of pineapple, cut the peel off the lime, and only add in about 1/4 cup of parsley/cilantro - use plain water or coconut water to blend.
