BEST Deviled Eggs -- 6 boiled eggs, 1/4 cup mayo, 1.5 TB sweet pickle relish, 1 tsp ground mustard, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, paprika for color. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks & put in bowl. Add all ingredients to bowl & mix. Spoon egg mix into egg white halves. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Optional: Refrigerate 30 mins before serving to firm them up.
