Handmade Hungarian leather purse, copy of c. sabretache (for men only) form the Conquest Period. Numerous pieces similar to this have been found in graves. The designs were embossed on gilded silver or bronze plates and attached to the leather.
A picture taken of three men in Hungary in Two of the men are wearing traditional Racka sheep coats. Traditional wool garments and utilitarian objects in history have heavily influenced my felt work. Their hats appear to be felt as well.
