Don’t neglect your core! - So often I find people think core involves crazy hard exercises when in fact some of your simplest exercises in forms of planks are so beneficial! - - This is a mix of core and ab work. But it’s an awesome circuit to go through! Remember to keep a neutral spine. So so important. ( also note your spine has a natural curve to it.
