Late medieval oak chest with iron straps and 3 locks, 2 still working. The massive framing members nearly thick, this very heavy chest was probably intended for a guildhall or a church.

heavy bombard Czerny's International Auction HouseBody with breech and nozzle in the shape of a truncate cone, with a central moulding. Assembled on a large, modern, wooden support. The chamber piece used to belong to another bombard of the same kind of the one donated by Niccolò Piccinino to the city of Osimo. In any case, strengthening the nozzle this chamber piece was most likely used as a weapon itself. Illustrated in "Armeria della Rocca di Verucchio", by M. Mauro
