DB outward pushback and shoulder press 2. mini band fly 3. tricep dip 4. mini band tricep stretch 5. scheibe push out and twist like driving 6. miniband hands out front and 4 oclock diagonal kickback 7. scheibe pushdown and lift up to 90 degrees with elbows out 8. miniband pushdown front and then up to 90 degrees with elbows back
