This book is an artists book created by pawel piotriwski. This sandwich book shows lots of different colours and textures to represent each piece of food. I think the colours make it seem more fun, and attract you to read it. This is a good format for representing food because it shows all the layers of the sandwich with each page, and the layers describe the item eg. the lettuce is looks quite realistic due to the way the paper is laid out.
