The colorist responsible, Jessica Weber (@jleighwebdoeshair) of Temecula, Calif., says she was inspired by Jamie Sea’s (@prettylittleombré) dimensional balayage when she created this seamless, high contrast blend. It was a hit with her client, and among BTC members, so we had to get her color formula.
