RECIPE (1 serving, 15min prep time): -100g (smoked) tofu, firm tofu works as well Grate in a bowl -1 Tbsp tomato paste -1 Tsp each paprika and cumin -1/2 Tsp garlic powder Mix everything. (Add some breadcrumbs or flour if it’s too loose) Press on a wrap and fry in some oil for 4-5mins each side. Burger sauce: -60g vegan mayonnaise -1 tablespoons ketchup -1 Tbsp chopped pickles -1/2 Tsp sugar -1/2 Tsp white vinegar Mix to combine. Else: -lettuce -tomatoes Fill the wrap, roll and enjoy.
