I did add a small jar of sweet n sour dipping sauce I had in the pantry to make it more saucy since I made a lot of chicken and added chopped red pepper, onions, and pineapple tidbits. ► Better Than Takeout Orange Chicken Recipe: chicken thighs, cornstarch, eggs, panko, salt, pepper, oil, oranges, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, fresh ginger, garlic, green onion & red pepper flakes. Mix 1st 5 sauce ingredients on medium high heat several mins. Add next 6, boil. Add cornstarch slurry. Mix cornstarch, salt & pepper. Beat eggs in 2nd bowl. 3rd bowl w/cornstarch. Dredge chicken in eggs, cornstarch, eggs & panko. Fry in 355°F oil 4 mins. Sauce chicken.
