Artists are invited to submit work that touches on the presence of water in the Las Vegas valley, or topics including wetlands flora and fauna, swamps, marshes, bogs, fens, water reclamation, the water cycle, April showers, July monsoons, or getting caught in the rain – all things sodden or waterlogged.
