Products I Love
Organizing products I love because they make life easier.
I have heard that morning resistant slumberphiles have had success waking with the Clocky. Having a clock that rolls away from you when you press the snooze button means you will need to get up and chase it down. And who can resist that cute clock face? Nanda Home Clocky Rolling Clock now featured on Fab.
I was given a box of Filertek Dry Erase Hanging File Tabs by The Pencil Grip, Inc to try out, and I love them. No paper! Write directly on the tab (they even include a marker), click the hinged plastic cover shut, and slide onto a standard hanging file. Have a better file name? Open the cover, wipe the tab & rewrite. A kit has clear & 5 different colored tab covers for categorizing your files. The dry erase tabs make reusing your files so easy. A godsend for haters of plastic tabs.
Bring the closet bar to your level. Rev-a-Shelf's wonderful pull down closet rod makes closet storage accessible to short people, people with reach challenges and folks in wheelchairs. And for my friends with the high ceilings, adding another closet bar up high means you can gain storage that you can actually reach.
Command Hooks are a mainstay in my tool kit. Easy to stick up with an adhesive that doesn't mar the wall and removes easily - so you can change your mind about placement or just decorate for the holidays. Now the hooks come in clear! Some of my favorite uses for command hooks: hanging up scarves, hanging up necklaces, hanging up little buckets of crayons, markers and chalk, hanging up a heavy hook in the dorm room, hanging up cooking utensils, hanging up belts, hanging up hats, & hanging totes.
I love the visual impact of chalkboards. Removable Chalkboard Wallies provides the texture and visual impact of a chalkboard without the weight, price and hassle of hanging a chalkboard. I love the idea of using a board for each day of the week to plan the menu and special events. Project managers - and aren't we all project managers - can post each project and its progress to its own board. Such a fun way to keep important things in front of you.
