Trace the opening of a clear plastic shot glass on card stock, then using pinking shears, cut a circle slightly larger than the traced line. Adhere a small plastic figure to the center with a glue dot. Add 1 tablespoon Epsom salts to t he plastic cup, then line the rim of the cup with tacky glue and adhere the card stock base. Once dry, glue a piece of metallic piper cleaner around the bottom. Thread string through a button, then glue the button in place.
