Recipe:  1 big onion 1 big capsicum  2 tomatoes  4-5 boiled potatoes  1 inch ginger  5-6 cloves of garlic  2 hot green chilies  2 tsp Pav bhaaji masala  1/4 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp Kashmiri Laal mirch  Salt to taste  Coriander for garnish  🌼finely chop onion, capsicum, mash potatoes and purée the tomatoes.  🌼In a cast iron kadhai add oil and butter, add in the onions and sauté  🌼Crush ginger, chilli and garlic together, add that to onions.  🌼Add in capsicum, tomato purée and sauté  🌼Add mashed potatoes, Pav Bhaaji masala and mix. 🌼Adjust the consistency by adding warm water  Garnish with coriander butter and some lemon juice.
