SIlence almost always translates into approval. Don't stand silent on those issues most close to you. Have the courage to speak up and out. Tell your story, educate, enlighten. Fight the stigma associated with mental illness. Don't stand in silence. There are so many who cannot speak on their own behalf. Be brave and say what so desperately needs to be said. Mental illness does not equal violence and mass murder.
