Glute exercise to build the side butt muscle and improve lateral movement
This suspension trainer exercise is both a glute builder and a great exercise to improve your side step movement. Simply hang on to the handle with one hand and do a modified side lunge where you press off one foot and drive up using your glute muscle. Use a Bodytorc suspension trainer, rings or any sturdy suspension training equipment. Train both legs and you can do quite high reps but really focus on using your glute muscles to power the exercise. Great for home workouts or at the gym.
