Training Splits-The split you choose will depend on a few things. -Another key factor is your training status. -In general, I suggest beginners start out with 3 x week whole body sessions. For intermediates, my favourite is the upper/lower. As you become more advanced switching to training 5 or 6 days a week might be needed to keep progressing. -All of the above splits CAN build muscle so long as you work hard in the gym and eat enough to grow.
