What’s your favorite Pancit?? •1/2 roasted chicken shredded •8oz dried canton noodles •8oz bihon noodles (soaked in warm water then drained) •2C chicken stock (might need more if it seems too dry •1 small onion sliced thin •8 cloves garlic minced •1/2 small head cabbage sliced into 1 inch strips •2C shredded carrots •1/4C soy sauce •3Tbs oyster sauce •1Tbs dark soy sauce •Salt to taste •Black pepper to taste •1 Bu scallion greens sliced thin •lemon wedge garnish"

One of our new favorites 👏🏻👏🏻 #crockpotmeals #crockpot Ingredients: 1.5 lbs of chicken thighs (cut into bite sized pieces 1/3 cup of soy sauce 1/3 cup of water 1/4 cup of hoisin sauce 1 tbsp of rice vinegar 1 tbsp of minced garlic 2 tbsp of brown sugar 2 tbsp of honey 1/2 tsp of ginger 1 tsp of chili powder (or 1-2 tbsp if you want it spicy!!) 1 red bell pepper chopped 1 sliced zucchini 1/2 cup of peanuts Optional: white rice Cook on high for 2-3 hours and let the veggies cook for another 30 minutes on high!"
