WHITE HUNGARO DURUM RYE FLOUR:  It has higher P (phosphorus), K (kalium), Ca (calcium), Cu (copper), Mg (magnesium), Zn (zink) content than the wheat.  From vitamins E, B1, B2, B6 the durum rye flour contains double quantity, its rough fibre and dietary fibre content is more than double than the wheat flour, its total carbohydrate content is nearly 10 percent lower, so its energy content is proportionally lower, as well. Marketable bakery products can be made from it without using additives.
