Arpad Vezer Han (845 - 907) Alpamışoğlu Arpad, Hazar Türkleri'nin Kabar boyundandır. Avrupa Hun İmparatorluğu'nun Büyük Kağanı Attila Han'ın torunu ve Macaristan'ın kurucusudur. Bugünkü Macarlar, 5. yüzyılın başlarından itibaren Avrupa'ya göç etmiş olan Türklerin soyundan gelirler. Arpad Hanedanlığı 896-1301 yılları arasında varlığını sürdürmüştür.  Peçeneklerin baskısı ile batıya göç eden Macarların başında Arpad Han vardı.
