I had a cancellation so had a few minutes to record some of the activities we are doing this week with plastic rings. Bilateral coordination is the ability to use the left and right sides of the body in a coordinated way. Sometimes we use both sides simultaneously, sometimes one is dominant and the other side helps, sometimes we coordinate the upper body with the lower body.
