Anyone with CPTSD or borderline personality disorder stemming from childhood, you can drastically improve your mind and emotions with DBT. It takes serious work and commitment, but breaking others with your mood lability and dysregulated emotions is not going to heal YOU and in fact it makes YOU the abuser. Sorry, not sorry. It just does. No excuses. I speak to many girls and young women doing this work and I cheer them on every step of the way.
