Medieval abbey church and monastery of Türje
Türje is famous for its church and Premonstratensian Abbey: it's an impressive brick building (brick was rarely used as construction material in the Middle Ages in Hungary), visible from long distances and a great symbol of the village. One of the earliest Premonstratensian abbey churches, it was built by French masters around 1230 and has remained almost unchanged.
