Quinoa mac n cheese

Egg drop breakfast.  Saute onions and tomatoes, add ham or bacon, salt and pepper, grated cheese.  Put in ramekin.  Crack an egg on top.  Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.  I tried these the other day and they were awsome . Good for a bunch of people becaue they cook at the same time. (It's like having an individual omlet!) - sub veggies - vegetarian

Mexican Roll Ups  Ingredients 1	pkg. Soft taco shells 1	pkg. Cream cheese ½	pkg. Taco seasoning 1½	c. grated cheese 2	tsp. chopped jalapenos small carton of sour cream garlic salt to taste  Directions                    Mix the above ingredients (except the shells) and spread on each soft taco shell.  Roll, slice, and refrigerate.

Broccoli Chees Bites - brocolli, eggs, cheese and breadcrumbs. Mix and make patties. Bake at for 25 min. Turn after 15 mins.

Steam one head of Cauliflower until tender. Mash cauliflower as you would potatoes. 2.Stir in salt, pepper, chopped garlic, chopped chives, sour cream, butter and grated cheese.   3.Mix well.  4.Pour into a greased casserole dish, baked uncovered til top is bubbly and slightly brown. OH MY GOSH! delicious! tastes better than loaded mashed potatoes!

Sausage Balls for Holidays and special Sundays   Ingredients 1 cup Bisquick,  8 oz Jimmy Dean Hot sausage, ¾ cup grated cheese (maybe onion, garlic, parsley, etc. for taste) Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together using your hands.  Once everything is combined roll into one inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for about 30 minutes. Can be frozen and baked later.

hmmmm....could this be our gluten-free answer to lasagna??? We miss lasagna.

peeled potatoes- chopped ham - heavy cream - milk - grated cheese - Oh such comfort food! If only the kids ate potatoes this way.
