Ok, I must give my 2 cents on these ridiculous squat challenges lol unless you're a conditioned #athlete I really don't think you should attempt doing these many squats in one sitting especially in week 3 and 4. If anyone really understand how we build #muscle n #burnfat, whether it's the glutes biceps calves obliques etc,  what matters most is the frequency of the repetitions in between sets not so much the amount.
