Baked Apple Liquor 4-5 tart apples, core and cut into wedges.Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with 2 tbsp of brown sugar. Add 4-5 whole cinnamon sticks, 5-6 star anise and bake in the oven for 20 min. at about 350F.Place all ingredients in a large mason jar, and cover with at least 1 liter of vodka or apple snaps. Shake jar once daily while letting mix steep for 2 weeks. Strain liquor through sieve and fill into clean bottles.
