Töltött sült krumpli: Minden krumplit bevagdosunk keresztben 2-3mm vastag szeletekre (úgy, hogy a krumpli alja egyben maradjon). A krumplikat sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire rakjuk. Egy ecsettel a burgonyákat jól bekenjük sós étolajjal (olaj a vágásokba is befolyjon). 200 fokos sütőben puhára sütjük (kb 35-40 perc). A sütés vége felé a krumplik vágásaiba vékony sajtszeleteket, hagymakarikákat, szalonna- és sonkaszeleteket, kolbászkarikákat rakunk. Ezután még tíz percre visszatoljuk a sütőbe.
