Lemon Garlic Crusted Salmon Begin by making the butter mix- Heat butter over stove or melt in microwave to liquefy. Add in all spices and lemon juice and mix well. Spray bottom of air fryer with cooking oil or insert a layer of foil Place saimon fillets in frying basket, and with a pastry brush, coat salmon evenly with the butter mixture. Bake in air fryer at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn the fillet over midway and brush with more butter mixture for even cooking
Salmon in general is very easy on the teeth. I would substitute the green beans with asparagus, and one could use red pesto, too. Served with mashed poatatoes, this is great for days 2 or 3 after adjustment.
