Yoga for Olympic Lifters: Hips and Ankles

Today we are continuing the Yoga for Olympic Lifters series with a hip and ankle mobility sequence. This thirty minute practice isn't just for Olympic weightlifters. It's also excellent for other athletes, beginners, and anyone who is tight in the hips in the ankles. But if you are an Olympic lifter, this will be a great practice to incorporate into your training to help with mobility which should also help with your lifts like squats, cleans and snatches.
