Egg Curry - Chop onions into thin slices, chop ginger and garlic and slice tomatoes.  In a pan heat oil and saute ginger, garlic zeera and green chillies.Add onion and salt and saute till it evenly fried and brown.Add tomatoes and saute till it get soft and cooked. Mix chili powder, garam masala turmeric,pepper and coriander powder with a little water( 3-4 tsp) and add into the onion tomato mixture.Fry till oil separates. Add 1/2 cup water + Eggs, simmer for 3-4 mins. serve.

Taiwanese Noodle Recipe [Update: This was really easy and really tasty and will go right into our rotation. But next time I will prep the night before because all that chopping takes time! My almost 2 year old who doesn't usually like beef ate it with gutso. We've also subbed with pressed tofu and had great results.]
