The center of the Orion Nebula, which is actually located inside our own galaxy: the Milky Way. It's so bright that you could see it with your naked eyes. It's 3 million years old and 12 light years wide. 1,344 light years away from earth. image: © University of Arizona (Adam Block/amount Lemmon SkyCenter) #space #nasa #stars #galaxy #universe
