Nadya - 🍍🥒ENSALADA DE PIÑA Y PEPINO **Ingredientes: • 2 tazas de piña fresca (en picado) • 1 pepino inglés grande (rebanado o picado) • 1 jalapeño pequeño ( picado, semillas eliminadas para menos calor) • 1/4 de cebolla roja pequeña (finamente cortada) • 1/4 de taza de cilantro fresco ( picado) • 1/4 de taza de queso feta (desrugado) • 2 cucharadas de jugo de lima fresco • 1 cucharada de miel o jarabe de arce • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva • 1/2 cucharadita de escamas de pimiento rojo • 1/4 cucharadita de pimiento negro • 1/2 cucharadita de sal **Direcciones: 1. En un tazón grande, combina la piña, el pepino, el jalapeño, la cebolla roja y el cilantro. 2. En un tazón pequeño, batir juntos jugo de lima, miel (o jarabe de arce), aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta negra y escamas de pimiento rojo. 3. Vierte el aderezo sobre la ensalada y lánzalo suavemente al abrigo. 4. Rocíe feta desmoronado sobre la parte superior antes de servir. 5.
