Oven Roasted Potatoes
Oven Roasted Potatoes - 1 cup oil, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 2 1/2 pounds red-skinned potatoes, washed and cut in 1-inch chunks (about 6-7 potatoes) - Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss potatoes in mixture, coating evenly. Place on a baking sheet and bake 50-60 minutes, until crisp and golden.
