Citrus-Pickled Red Onions Recipe 🍊
Ingredients: • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced • Juice of 3–4 limes • Juice of 1 small orange • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 3/4 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Place the thinly sliced onions in a glass jar or bowl. 2. Squeeze the lime and orange juices over the onions using a lemon/lime juice squeezer. 3. Add the apple cider vinegar, salt, and any other add-ins to the onions. 4. If using a bowl, gently toss everything together to coat. If using a jar, seal the jar and shake it to distribute the juice and salt evenly. 5. Place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before using. For the best results, let it sit overnight until the onions turn pink. 6. Taste and adjust the salt as needed before serving.

- Dumpling wrappers (I used ready made) - 1 tsp turmeric - 1 tsp curry powde - 1 tsp garam masala - 1 tsp paprika - 1 egg - 2 Chicken breasts or chicken mince - Butter chicken sauce (out of a jar or homemade, my homemade sauce recipe is in my ebook, link in bio 😊) - Coriander METHOD - Blitz your chicken breasts in a food processor and add to a bowl along with all your spices and the egg - Stir together then add 1 tsp worth of the mix onto a dumpling wrapper then fold into a dumpling shape by punching in with your fingers - Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan then add in your dumplings along with a cup of water, cover with the lid and cook on high heat for 3 minutes or until water has almost evaporated - lift the lid and fry for a further 2 minutes until the bottoms have gone crispy #dump
