GROW THAT PEACH  Method: 1. Sumo squats on smith machine 8x5 2. Split squat with barbell 10x4(use a plate to stabilise your foot) f 3. One leg double bench hip thrust with a dumbbell placed by your lower stomach. 10x4 each leg. 4. Cable kick backs to finish off cause I felt strong as a mother f***** 12x3 5.
