Ladies!!!!!!Squats are great but it is not the only exercise that can work your glutes . Here I give you a high weighted one legged bridge that works both hammies and glutes. (Tip: squeeze your glutes at the top like you're squeezing lemon wedges) this exercise is to isolate these muscles! Both hamstrings and glutes will get a great workout. This exercise will help you isolate these muscles and target them differently from regular machines or even popular squats (remember squats work more…

Here's another fun exercise to try on leg day! Drop the dumbbells or barbell and do some single leg deadlifts using the cables instead! Watch the video clip a few times to get the form down right before trying these. TIP: use handle attachment at the lowest setting (should be on the ground), grab handle and back away approx 3-4 feet from weight stack/cables & then begin your reps on one leg, complete one set before switching to the other side. I tend to use a bit lighter weight on these…
