Any time I'm in water, I feel so relaxed. I loved living in the condo when my hubs and I were first married. We'd swim every night and I would just drift off to sleep. Mindfulness is about being in the moment and connecting your body, mind, and spirit. Although I don't think I'd be as relaxed as this lady if I was sinking to the bottom of the pool. Haha
