Lemon and White Chocolate Muffins
These are wonderful ~ it's a sinfully delicious combination ~ used this recipe: nzfavouriterecipe.co.nz/recipes/desserts/198-zingy-lemon-... I added the thin slice of lemon before baking as a garnish and sprinkled with a little white sugar. After baking used the glaze over the lemon slice. I made these a large muffin size - yield 7 muffins - and increased baking time to 30 minutes. I used ghirardelli chocolate chips but you can chop up a nice white chocolate bar too.
