25 MINUTE Mindful Movement Warm Up
In this mindful movement warm up class, we focus on gentle dynamic postures to help lubricate the joints, tendons and ligaments of the body to ensure that our muscles are prepared to support and strengthen our experience on the mat. Awareness of the breath through poses and their transitions will help us create a stable mental and emotional environment to handle whatever the day presents us with. This class can absolutely be practiced on its own if you are looking for a slower paced flow, or pair it with any class throughout this series.
