Cook sugar and egg whites above steam until tick enough. Stir in almonds and dates. With a cookie cutter made round shapes from a wafer sheet. Put dollop in a foam bag, press onto wafers. Dry meringues in the oven on low temperature. Do not bake. Perfect, when crispy outside, soft inside.
