Luke Brown on Instagram: "These sweet and savory sheet pan pancakes are easy to make and so good! Leftovers freeze and reheat well making it a great breakfast prep! INGREDIENTS 3 cups of pancake mix + ingredients needed to make pancakes 1 lb browned sausage 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup syrup INSTRUCTIONS Mix together pancake mix water following the directions of the box. Add 1 lb of browned sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and syrup. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. Pour pancake batter onto sheet pan and spread out evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Top pancakes with a little butter and syrup. Enjoy! Recipe 1 lb sausage 1 tbsp butter 6 eggs Splash of milk Salt and pepper 1 1/2 loaves of white bread 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Steps Brown sausage in a skillet over medium high heat. Remove from pan and drain grease once fully cooked. Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and a splash of milk in a bowl. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook scrambled eggs. Combine cooked sausage, eggs, and cheese. Lay out bread and use a sandwich cutter to cut out circles. Add some of the filling onto the middle of the bread (I used a 1/3 measuring cup).
