Skimmed past this list as another of those silly lists obvious, plain, boring. But realized how many of the items on the list are covered in detail in separate books on mindfulness and happiness. Hundreds of reading hours can be broken down into simple points that actually cover pretty much every core aspect of personal contentment. To summarise, humans talk a lot when they don't need to. Sometimes, keep things simple.
