POTATO TART🥔 🥚(via: @kochen_mit_k) INGREDIENTS: Around 500g boiled potatoes 300g (cream) Spinach 100g Grated cheese 3 Eggs Pepper, salt and nutmeg For the spinach, I sautéed onions and garlic, then added the spinach and cooked it. The liquid should be collected/strained. Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat in the lower third for about 25-30 minutes.
