💪🏼 All you need is a pair of light dumbbells. I’m using 5 lbs each.

💥i will post how many reps each exercise is on the slides. Repeat this circuit 3X

💦Take little breaks between exercises, less than 15 sec. There’s no break between the last 2 exercises. Go straight into squat pulses after Tricep kickbacks. Take a minute break in between circuits.
