Mason decided he wanted a safari themed nursery/bedroom to share with his baby brother and so I've been going to town on designing the space in my head.

We fell in love with the wall mural, and the room fell in place around it. I knew if we did a jungle theme the traditional rocker needed to be replace with a swing. The crib bring and dresser put a modern twist on the room while also pulling a natural element with the natural color incorporated. A few elements in the room were DIY including the ceiling light, the elephant bookcase, and the palm leaf name wall hanging.

I wanted a peaceful and relaxing space for all of those late night feedings and stressful moments. I was inspired by monstera leaves and a jungle theme with a neutral palate. I decided to go with gray, white, blue-green and black, with gold hardware accents.
